Ask about receiving a discount when booking more than one of our services. Wedding cakes require a special degree of skill, precision, and perfection, as well as in-depth consultations and extra communication. Due to this, these cakes cost more than a simple birthday cake of the same size, though we try hard to work within each couple's budget.
The staff reserves the right to substitute flavors of a tier, sheet cake, cupcakes, or cake pops in the event that the chosen flavor is unavailable to us. We will not contact the client before doing so, in an effort to not cause undue stress right before the wedding. We will chose a suitable flavor that is similar to the one that one chosen, (i.e. one fruit flavor might be substituted for another or one Autumn flavor might be substituted for another). All of our flavors are delicious, and given the large number of people at a wedding, we expect they will enjoy whatever we choose.

Consuming our product is accepting our product, and no discounts or refunds will be given on cakes that are consumed prior to being contacted with any concerns. Your consumption of the cake is confirmation of the order that was placed.
Our payment plans follow the following schedule:
Payment 1 of 1/4 of the total cost is due 2 weeks after placing your order.
Payment 2 of 1/2 of the total cost is due 1 month later.
Payment 3 of 1/4, minus the initial deposit, is due 2 weeks and 1 business day prior to the wedding or event.
*ALL payments on all cakes are non-refundable, if cancelled by the client.
*A $25 late fee will be charged when a payment becomes 2 weeks past due, and an additional $5 will accrue for each additional week of tardiness. To avoid late fees, please pay on time. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us prior to the due date.
Toppers, Flowers, Accessories and Cake Stands are often provided by the bride, however we have some of these items available if needed, and are pleased to shop around and find them for you, if we don't have them. Equipment requires a deposit, and is due back by Tuesday following the wedding, unless other arrangements are made prior to the wedding. Some items, such as special toppers, may be purchased, if desired. Please let us know in advance and we can link you to our purchasing sites and let you choose the perfect topper for you.
Corresponding with our clients is an intricate part of arranging the perfect cake, and we happily will help our clients finalize details to suit their specific needs and desires. However, we reserve the right at any time and for any reason, to cancel an order and refund the money paid, at no additional cost to us, i.e. if a client decides to turn bridezilla on us. If the client decides to cancel FOR ANY REASON, all money paid will be forfeited, due to reserving your spot in our calendar. We also reserve the right to hold or charge the fee of $10 per email and phone call.
Excessive emails and phone calls will accrue a charge of $10 each.
Wedding and Event Cake and/or Order Downgrades will result in a $50 additional fee.
Delivery and Setup - AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST ($40-$500+, based on distance, size, & requirements). We reserve the right to adjust prices at our discretion.

For those couples who wish to provide their guests with additional treats, we can help you with them. We specialize in a variety of delicious goodies that will appeal to everyone. We also can provide treats in Sugar-Free and Gluten-Free options.
For a really fun way to spice up your wedding decor, check out some of the color coordinated candy buffets we specialize in. Costs are affordable, and we work with our clients to find special treats that their guests will love. We rent out our glassware, so our clients don't have to make a hefty investment.
